    B 52 , do you have these rules ??? Could you share them and how they have helped you to be successful? I didn't receive any rules, I am learning so much on this site, especially how I was not set up for success, everything has been trial and error. I was most successful when I was exercising 4 days a week. The band is a tool, I woüld love to know these rules to use my "tool" best. Thanks in advance!

    Thank you , thank you, and more thankfulness Healthy new me!!! This is what I needed. I agree ccjll. My doctor left town and so did his nutritionist, so I needed something to go by. Some of these things I can eat, some I definitely can't, but it is an awesome start. I lost all of my weight with slider foods and the band has protected me from myself and over eating until I had it loosened, big mistake, huge! I am not in "The green zone" and I think I may be too tight as per everyone's comments. I will have too wait to loosen until I get insurance back. Thanks for all the input. Any other ideas are welcomed. I appreciate all comments in advance. Thanks for your help.

    Day in Food

    Hmmm, that is difficult, for me it seems to be more of what can I eat than what am I going to eat??? This is how it was when I was really losing weight. I can basically get down protein coffee or protein smoothies, soups and soft meat like fish with sauce of course. I can get crunchy things down ( which is bad, because they are usually high calorie). I may need to get my band loosened, but I don't want my weight to go In The wrong direction again. I am trying to kick up my exercise again. I was really successful with my weight loss when I was exercising but I hurt my knee. I just got a fill and am at 8.5 in a 14 cc band. Trying to find low calorie things that I can eat. I would love some advice! Thanks!

    Where is the cheese cake pudding recipe? It sounds selfish, do you have a way to make OT low calorie, low fat?
  9. I have always thought that you look younger with a little more plumpness in your face, I feel I look healthier the more weight I lose but not necessarily younger. I feel better in my skin when I am thinner.

  12. I have found another doctor and love him and his nurse practitioner. He is in Bradenton and his name is Dr. Erbella and Jill is his nurse practitioner. I really like them so far. Thanks!
  13. How long does it take for you to eat?? I just had a hotdog and chewed about 30 times till it was mushy and I feel like I am filled to my eye balls and it has been sitting there for 10 minutes. But I am happy I found something I can eat other than cottage cheese, chicken salad, tuna salad, and soup, lol. Any other ideas are very welcome!!!!
