I had surgery Oct 22 and I'm down 46lbs. I went about a month and didn't lose then all of a sudden I dropped 7lbs in a week.

I am a nurse and my doctor said I had to be off 6 weeks. I don't believe 2 weeks will be enough. The fatigue is the bad part.

Same happened to me. I am stuck at 17 lbs lost for a week now. Just got home from a two hour gym session. 664 Calories burned. It will take about 2 weeks of a stand still. Then you will start losing again. I have lost every day since. I try to eat 1000-1100 calories a day.

Did you gain when you started mushies? Were you working out when you started?
Yes I gained 2 lbs but they told me that was expected and it would take a couple weeks for my body to adjust and they were right.

It took 2weeks after I started to eat mushies for me to start losing again.

I was banded yesterday and when I walk it feels like something is pulling where my port is. Just wondering if that is normal?
