So much better today. I actually left home went to Walmart. What did you eat and how soon did you eat it? When we're you banded? My doctor required two weeks pre op diet. 1st week after surgery clear liquids 2nd week thicker liquids 3rd week mushies 4th week solid foods. I'm afraid of slipping steps because if food getting stuck. I started pre op on 10/21/12 weighing 212 surgery 11/5 as of today I'm 196. So I might wanna eat but I'm happy with the results. -

I use Premier Protein 30g it's at SAMs where I live U might have to google it if you don't have a SAMs they are really good I only do the chocolate -

Surgery went well in pain with gas in chest. Hubby wakes me up every hour to walk and doing breathing machine. I threw up a little cuz I swallowed my medicine too fast but the walking is making me feel a little better Sent from my iPad using LapBandTalk -
