I cheat but only o.ce in a while its imposible if I'm craving chocolate I grab one or two kisses and that's it or a frozen yogurt this journey is hard but I don't regret it at all even if I'm getting all this nasty skin but yolo I still rock me tanks and sleeve less shirts lol

I have lost 102 lbs since my pre op and my iband on 10/17/2012 is that good or should it be more I started at 480 now I'm 378??

I don't eat mi h staying under 800 to 900 calories sum gym lots of water try not to cheat oh pineapple juice!

I had my first consultation and I feel as I didn't do anything I am having Soooo many thoughts go though my head especially today! I just want to get the show on the road! I need my cardio clearance but my Doctors office can't do it till Friday morning on the up side I lost18 lbs doing a preop diet that I got of the internet!!
