  1. Are you able to eat Soups? If you are taking small bites and chewing the food to mush' date=' it's like eating Soup. Just takes a lot longer.

    Regurgitating? You mean PBing or actually throwing up/hurling your food from your lower stomach? PB is OK as long as it's occasional but throwing up is taboo.

    Your post is also so similar to so many who, in this early phase, cannot differentiate between true hunger eminating from your stomach VS. just head hunger/craving food?

    Stop, listen to your band/stomach? I mean, really stop, and think about this feeling? Get in touch with your stomach. Is it hunger or craving? Are you really hungry?

    I do chew well, but am doing more. I am definitely hungry when I go to eat, but yes I eat what I can when that does not go well. How much do u eat? One cup or a half? That being said, sometimes 1 cup is too much, I have had to learn when to stop.


  2. Been regurgitating food lately. Had my 2nd fill on 3/25. Since then things r tough. Can't really eat a balanced, regular meal. My Dr is on vaca, so I talked to the on call. He said a lot of things that confused me. Like lb does not help with hunger, 1 cup of food is too much (1/2 is better), has no idea why my hair is falling out (suggested a mega red everyday). Here I thought I was doing good, eating one cup and waiting 4 hours between meals. And I'm hungry a lot, is it unreasonable to expect to be satisfied for at least 3 hours? Buy the way, I'm down 46lbs but nothing since the last fill. Suggestions, advise...


  3. 3 month weigh in, down 46lbs!!! I don't weigh myself at home, so I was sooooo happy to c that!!! Its amazing to c all my hard work paying off FINALLY!!!! Eating right and working out with the band work!!! :D


  4. I had a .5cc fill on January 24th. Was good for about a month, not hungry for about 4 hours between meals. Now for the past month I feel like all I do is watch the clock to c when it's meal time. I'm still watching my calories and Protein, and workout 4-5 days a week. But I feel like the weight I lost this month is purely because of that, because I am sooooo hungry. Have a Dr appt on Monday thank God. Has this happened to u?


  5. I agree about not starting with insanity, its really hard and if u have never worked out with a DVD b4 u may want to try something else. I use a 4 DVD set of Bob Harper. I got it at target. It's very challenging and a whole body workout.


  6. With any weight loss surgery u have to eat correctly and exercise. Why don't u do that. Most people on here have to lose 100+ lbs and have struggled for years. I would love to have 30lbs to lose, not 110. No one here can lose without doing the work. Maybe you should do the work. I workout hard 5 days a week, u gotta sweat!!


  7. It looks like you r on track. I eat 4-5 small meals every 3-4 hours, which is: breakfast, snack, lunch, dinner, and maybe a small snack later. Try my fitness pal, an online tracker. I keep my intake around 1200Cal, but workout hard 5 days a week. Also, bulk up on Water and hot liquids help with hunger, u love diet Coco. U may need a few fills to get to your sweet spot! Chin up, u can do it!!!

    It's about a serial killer who has a "following". A group of people, disturbed people, who help him escape, kill, kidnap his own son from his ex who was involved with Kevin Bacon's character. Sooooo much more. Creepy crazy, but not as crazy as AHS


  10. Normal. It took me a couple Weeks to feel better. U r having gas pain, best to walk around your house and take Gas-x. Give yourself time to heal, and follow your Dr instructions. And take your pain meds regularly, don't wait till u r in pain, after a couple days it will subside. Congrats!!! :)
