I'm finding it way toooo easy to eat and sweets have crept back in! I have realized I am a stress eater and afraid of the cosequences! Lord help me get back on track!!!

Hip hip hurray!!! Down another 4...24 total since surgery!!!! :-)

I am toooootally addicted to Zumba!!! Been doing it 3 times a week and want more!!!

Feeling discourage. No weight loss in 2 weeks n finding it to easy to eat! I need to get my detetmination n motivation back ASAP!!!!!

Need to get some walking in....time to walk to work now that kids are on vacation! :-)

Had first fill today and weigh in....I'm very pleased to say I am 15 lbs. down @ 4 wks post-op!!! This is only the begining! :-)

Well I'm learning what I can and most importantly, CANNOT eat and to follow the sm. bites n take ur time instructions...the food being "stuck" is no bueno! I am down 2 more lbs!!!!

Well I went to my first pist-op appt. on Friday which was 7 days post -op....I lost 10#!!! I have since been on soft foods, but food keeps getting stuck!!! Uuuugh!

Well day 3 post-op and I was able to make it our towns Veterans parade n see my lil cheerleader n drummer march! Gas pains are easing up n I managed a lil light house cleaning....now time for a nap!

Well I was officially banded on 11/9/12. The actuall surgical sites are not a problem, but boy the gas pains are killer!!! I have benn walking and walking which does help, but when the pains come back ooooh boy!

Can't wait to be banded!!!
