Not sure they are out there. I have been banded for 2 1/2 years and have lost 156 lbs and have had no complications what so ever. It all depends on you and your will power. Was it worth it for me - most definetly!!!

I have been banded for 2 1/2 years and have no complications at all. Here recently I have been getting major cramps in both of my legs and feet. It is almost every night. Has anyone else had this? Is it a lack of potassium?
