  1. I used it for the 8 weeks it recommends. I am not sure it actually helped at all. My surgeon said that there's no scientific evidence to show it is effective but it made me feel better. 9 months later my scars are hard to see. That's my biggest scar where the port is. One of them I can almost not find.

  7. My surgeon said he expects 6-8 pounds a month or 1.5-2 lbs a week. This is the same expectation as most diets. The difference for me has been its much easier to stay on track and make good choices when I'm not hungry all the time. Personally, I have lost 80 lbs in 9 months a little better than expected even though I've hit a little stall.

  9. I wish I could help my prayers are with you and i would definitely demand to see your surgeon not just a PA or NP. I think it's also a great idea to take your CT films with you. You can request copies from the hospital, it is your right I have a copy.
  10. That's awesome!! I know the feeling. I was a 40G at the beginning of my journey. Not easy to find those either. Now I'm a 36DDD sadly not that easy to find either but my boobs feel much more manageable now.
