  1. I have a similar story as well. I was down 90 pounds a year and a half after my 9/2012 surgery. Things in life got a lot more hectic and stressful and my eating habits returned to the old bad ones. Now I'm up 50+ pounds and am feeling like such a failure. I swore I wasn't going to be that person who got surgery and gained the weight back but here I am.

    Tonight I returned to the forums where I know there are great people to help me get back on track and I'm hoping that it will help. We can do this! I can do this!

    Exercise goal for March~ p90x3 6 days a week

    Personal goal for March~ do a daily bible study

    Date banded~ 9/4/12

    Total weight loss since banding/pre op diet~ 90

    What are you lucky to have in your life? My amazing husband and kids.


  3. I do my best to be good but eventually I have to give in to the cravings. I find if I try a substitute I take in more calories and eventually eat what I was craving anyway. I am almost alway up on the scale the week I PMS. It is so annoying it usually doesn't even matter how good I was that week. Try to remember all the things going on in your body at that time and keep making the best decisions you can. You will probably find the weight goes down pretty good.
