  2. That's how to do it girls, getting set up for success and a great change. After 52 lbs loss I am in the cleaning freenze and love it.....
  3. you had major surgery you are going to feel uncomftable from the gas and air from all that. Use a heating pad or a hot shower to get a little help tums and stool softerns and laxative will help get things moving out and you will feel better. Rest and sip it will get better as you heal and the swelling goes down.

  5. not all pain is due to band the fact that it comes and goes says to me its gas. if you really thing it is something more go to the doctor better to be safe then sorry.

  7. yep, did all the above and really didn't make my pre-op diet at all...but food has been our life for all our life and we are morning the loss of a dear friend but life goes on and it si so exciting and dieting is now fun..each goal means so much I just found I can cross my legs like a lady and I can touch my toes without a struggle I just cant believe it....so say goodby to that not so good life and hello to heaven...

  9. You are not serious about lossing weight. No one wanting to loss weight would eat all that high calorie foods. You still need to be on a diet plan the band when properly filled will help you get from one meal to another without feeling hugery.You have no restiction cause you have nothing in your band and you should be healing, resting and learning how to sip and eat slowly. when you want to loss the weight and get fills you will do it sand not before...stop eating junk you really know better then that.

  12. the slower the better I to put fork down in between bits then I type on here.
  13. vituim b-12 daily keep them away or taske as needed....My daughter had migrans daily for 5 yrs I heard about b13 on tv and tried it and she is headache free I now take them daily.

  17. not to worry to much right yet, you are healing so eat good foods and as much as your doctor told you and rest the diet comes later this is stage 1.

Well, for me the fills are the tool when I hit 6.5cc in my 10 cc band that was it for me I am not hungy....but you still have to be on a diet clean you house out now the worst thing I have in the house yogurt and strawberrys. Maybe the doctor just wants to see that your sesiou and losing some on your own.

  20. bits should be the size of your pinky finger nail...try a day of soft food and liquids then slowly add other food but VERY small pre cutting food is a great idea I learned that one the hard way.
  21. Iam having the same problem...mu intske is low so zi am upping it and adding fruit and more water and I am in a cleaning mood so I am burning with something stange to my body so out of shock I hope its shskes loss
