So i had surgery on the 13 th of august I'm on my second week which is soft solids like yogort spegatiios stuff like that. well i lost 15 lbs the first 5 days and i havent lost since. What am i doing wrong?? The werid thing is i ate a whole can of spegattios (15 oz) before i felt full. Do i need a fill already? i go to solids next week and i wont start if its going to make me gain wieght instead of lose. HELP!!!
