What do you do for your time of the month what do you do the the cravings, bloatness, Water weight and fatigue?

I live in baltimore but can meet where ever

I was just banded on the 21st. of jan and there is no dought in my mind I would do it again. Pain and all.

So I weighed myself today and im down to 224 I have passed my goal. So my next goal for the 28th will be to lose a pound.

Ok i have meet my goal before it was time. Im now 225. I guess i have to make a new goal.

I'm still in a 16 but I'm down 25 pounds since being banded on the 23rd of January:) team new me!

Now I haven't had any coffee, but after I had my surgery they gave me Decaf tea, and I drink green tea now. Not a lot just a little. But I guess the moral is every doc is different.

I drink a Protein Shake before and after i eat a banana and drink Water.< /p>

My doctor wont fill me until march 6 and i was banded jan 21. He said he likes to wait six weeks after before doing a fill.

After reading this helps to put things in perspective.

It wasn't too big cause I broke it in half. I was the way it down. And Omg was it stuck. Then the slime happen and out it came.lol

Well I had my first slim incident. I took one of my pills which I cut in half. I took the first half just fine, but the second one went down wrong and right on que my band was like hell no. Now I know what a slim/stuck feel like. At least it came up! Just thought I would share this.

Let me start by saying im not an expert, I was just banded on 01/21/13. I hope this may help. Firts off your doctor may not have put any Fluid in your band. I know mine didn't. I haven't tried eating anything to scared. I may be able to eat more I just don't want to push it. That's not saying that i haven't been hungry because I have I just drink more fluids. Also most doctors won't give you your first fill until six weeks after surgery. But every doctor is different.
