@sapcat54 my doctor said it was cool to walk, and as far as the laundry I didn't pick up the basket I just lift each piece of clothing and put it in the machine. It just feel so good to move around. But I'm taking it easy.

For me the first couple days was really rough but like everybody say each day gets better.

Like the title say day 4 post-opt and boy do i feel a lot better, not quite 100% yet but I feel good just the same. I'm able to move a lot better and the gas, well I still have it just not as bad. Just wanted to give a little update.

Did they say why you have to stay and why you cant have nothing to drink

@blondie638 im going back monday i was banded on the 21, its not unbearable just uncomfortable as hell each day gets better. -
I was banded on monday but since then i haven't been able to sleep all night. The gas pain is easing up a little but i want to sleep has anyone else went through or going through something like this and if so what did you do. And yes I have been walking.

ok so this is day two post opp and i no this is gross but i am so happy to be passing gas im able to move around a little more today each day gets better

@1fitmama i to was banded on monday and have the gas pain in my stomach its not as bad but its there just the same. -

@kca1fan thats good all my gas pain is in my stomach only. Did you stay over night in the hospital or come home afterwards. -
dont let that discarriage you. you have to do whats best for you. eating less and exercising isnt for everybody. i no for sure i tried every diet none to man. i got banded on monday and glad i did.

Im dealing with that myself, but walking and my heating pads has helped a whole lot.

Ya call them every doctor is different. However i was sick and the did mine i got done one monday. And they gave me an antibiotic before they did it.
