I know and have known something is wrong, I went back to my surgeon and all he said was. " stop eating bad food " but didn't offer any more of a solution to being able to eat the good food, so all I could do was rely on myself and the info I was provided. So i am a bit reluctant to go back to my surgeon but I have no alternatives to go to, I guess I'll make an appointment for a slight unfill and adjust my diet and see how it goes
