I did.. My doctor put me on prevpac for 14days tomorrow is my last day takin it..

My only advice is to work on the timing of intake. I found that if I started too early in the morning I was hungry all day. Or if I waited until after 11:00 to have mid morning shake I was less hungry.

It's a really important phase so hang in there.

That's how I am I started round 11 n I'm doin pretty good for my 1st day I hope it stay dis way..

Well I'm on it for 10days the 1st 7days r full liquids meanin I can have sugar-free juice, sugar-free Jello, sugar-free popsicles, yougurt, sugar-free pudding, cream Soup and Shakes..

The last 3days I can only have Clear Liquids chicken broth, sugar-free popsicles, n sugar-free jello

Well today is my 1st day of pre op diet I'm doin pretty good so far.I only had one shake it was ok but I think Ima have to find another kind mayb vanilla r smething.. Hope I make it through the rest of day!!!

Has anyone tried neater shakes? I ordered for variety of flavors...hope they are good....not sure hubby will make it! Tried 3 different broths and he hated them all!

I have da same brand of shakes havent tryed it yet but i hear alot of people talkin about them sayin they are really good so I hope its true i only one kind tho its the Cappuccino one.. Im thinkin about tryin the vanilla one n fuzzy navel

Thanks Britt! I used to always drink Water and now I don't drink it like I used to. I love diet coke. I will be sad when I get the band because I can't have it anymore

Just got an update from Dr. Office. I will be an October Bandster! Insurance approved, Appt. with Surgeon Monday, and Surgery either 23rd or 30th.

Awww!!!! I sooooo needed to read this tonight! I'm getting my band on THURSDAY~~October 11th!!! Yipppeee! I have spent all night watching youtube videos of folks who have been through it and their progress. It makes me really glad that I have decided to do this. I had one today n da stuff u have to drink is ewwwwww I almost threw up..

At my pre-admission appointment been since 8:20am got all my paperwork done, EKG, n Blood work just waitin to get my chest X-Ray .. Start my pre-op diet next Monday n Surgery is Oct 25
