Coughing at night - do I need an unfill?

I had my band in Sept 2010 and the night before last I woke up choking... It was soo scary.. I've had fluid taken out and have been on a soft diet since, but my chest still hurts.. I vomited twice after choking.. I think it was a combination of reflux and eating before bed... I'm just hoping the pain subsides and it's nothing serious. In the 2 1/2 years since I've had my band I've only had about 7 vomiting episodes. This is all new to me.
