First Consult Next Week, What To Expect?

I have a first consultation with my surgeon next Tuesday (woohoo!). I know that different surgeons have different steps but I was wondering what all you guys had to go through first. I know there are more steps if you go through insurance but I am paying out of pocket for it. Thanks! -
