  1. I did! Woke up with it and thought "ahh crap!" But honestly it was nice not having to get up and go to the bathroom all the time those first 2 days, with all the fluid they pumped in me if be getting up every 5 minutes! It wasn't at all uncomfortable, even when the nurse took it out, I didn't feel anything!
  2. Crossing my legs! Love that!! Also I decided to run for the first time since before surgery 6 months ago just to see how far I could get before I had to stop and boom! Went way further than I had anticipated! Loving my sleeve!

Progress pictures, a weight loss surgery photo album by whitneymalae on BariatricPal. 5 photos in Member Photo Gallery.
  4. I'm down 84 pounds so far and still in the same cup size! Started at a 44DDD currently a 36/38DDD but I have noticed that they are a lot less full
  5. Thank you! That was probably the first time I really said "OK see? You are shrinking, these used to be tight!"
  6. I've been afraid to try for fear of them just fitting loose but was pleasantly surprised! 5 months, 82 lbs total!
  7. I see such mixed opinions on this! I have always been under the impression that we could not have carbonation because the gas bubbles will expand and possibly stretch your stomach... But I have seen some people say they drink things like carbonated water daily with no problems with stretching. So is it just that we should stay away from sugary carbonated sodas because of the empty calories or because it will truly stretch out our stomachs?
  8. You look great!! And younger!!
  9. Hips and shoulders leaned out first! Then I've been losing just about everywhere pretty evenly except I haven't really lost in my boobs yet
  10. Beautiful before, beautiful after! You look great!! You can tell in the smile how happy you are!
  11. Thanks you all! A lot of pictures on here are what helped me make the decision to do this and it's the best thing I've ever done! Good luck to everyone on their journeys
  12. Sleeved Oct 22! HW: 330 CW: 254 So down 76 total, 51 since surgery Left is Halloween, right is today I have gone from a tight size 26 to an 18! I have not been the fastest to shed the pounds but this is the best decision I've ever made and am happier than I've ever been!
  13. Woohoo! I love that you said you went to a "real mall" haha!
  14. For some reason I had in my head that because I was young I wouldn't have a hard time bouncing back but boy was I mistaken! I originally took a week off, came back for 2 days, then had to take another week off. But my job is a lot of physical work and I was on a 2 week clear liquid diet so my protein levels were low and I had no energy. You should probably take at least a week off, Maybe more depending on how physical your job is. Congrats and good luck with your surgery!
  15. Sleeved oct 22! Highest: 330 DOS: 305 Current: 260 I am constantly stalling but my DOS pants were a tight size 26 and now I'm in a 20 so I'm still seeing results!
  16. Yes make sure you watch your fluids and protein, both of those have a lot to do with energy!
  17. Looking great! Wish I would have done pics like these to keep track, smart thinking! Keep up the great work, I can see a huge difference already!!
  18. Look at how amazing you're doing!! You look great, keep up the good work!
  19. My first few weeks were filled with times like that where I would feel completely exhausted. Are you getting in enough protein right now?
  20. Jennifer, I think the same thing happened to me! I never realized how much I rubbed my shoulders and collar bone until I starting catching myself thinking about how boney they feel now!
  21. Haha^ I think if someone attacks you, you are fully entitled to a smartass response back, but man there are some people on here are quick to be mean! I have seen one person go as far as to call someone else ugly and fat during a fight... on a weight loss support group... WTF? I personally had this surgery so that I could still enjoy eating a "bad" thing or 2 on occasion, for me it is all about portion control. I enjoy delicious food too much to completely cut it out for nothing but rice cakes and salads
  22. I just read that thread! I hardly even get on here now because every other thread is some attack and ridiculous back and forth! It makes me afraid to post anything I'm struggling with for fear of getting verbally jumped by hardcore sleevers! haha I think people need to remember that this is a SUPPORT community!
