    I did the liquid diet on my own. Let me tell u the first 2 days are the hardest!!! You realize how much u actually think of and want food! By day 3 I was much better. Not as hungry. I'd have a shake for bfast (730). Lunch (12) and supper (5). If I got hungry in between I drank lots of water s(sometimes with crystal light)

    I did protein shakes 3x a day and water for 2 weeks.. Lost 20lbs. Don't know if it was the healthiest way but it worked !

    My date is 9/24. I've already done my reg for hospital and all my blood work. Doc called and said I have gallstones and will remove my gallbladder. He also said I have a hiatal hernia... I thought you would only know that once inside?? Anyone else have these things fixed/removed?

    Thanks for the info!! But my actual question is can they tell if you have the hernia just from blood work?? That's all I've has plus my gall bladder scan ... And it's strange I've never had heart Burn or reflux

    Haven't had mine yet but my doc said my weight loss was to be over an 18 mo period. I'm later so it will come off faster say someone that only needs to loose 60 lbs unlike me 100+. Therefore if I loose like I'm supposed to that's 9 lbs a month!

    My surgery is the 10 also!! I just got through with my gallbladder ultrasound and registering at the hospital!!! Next step is the big day!!!!!!!!! :-)
