Please Dont Judge - Yes Or No Is Fine
No, but only because you'll probably really regret it and then be depressed about that. Think of it as the one thing you DO have control over. If for no other reason than tomorrow you can come back and brag to us how strong you were!

2 Month Before And After Photos.
A swear we ARE twins! I just can't do 20 minutes on the treadmill every day. I've done it before and I hated it. I have come to the conclusion that there is probably not one single exercise that I'm ever going to be able to do every day without hating it. And I know that if I hate it every day, it can't possibly last. So I'm researching different options to break up the routine! Like treadmill, yoga and/or Pilates, Water aerobics class, stationary bike, walking, etc. all mixed up. I don't have to find just one exercise that I can do, I can do different ones every day! Maybe not this summer, but next summer I can play tennis, basketball and volleyball, and go biking and swimming with my family!

Bmi Timing For Use In Coverage Determination
Hello! I have Aetna insurance and I am just about to start my 3 month pre-surgical program. According to the guidelines, BMI over 40 is enough to get approved. BMI over 35 but not 40 requires 2 documented comorbidities. I have them, just haven't gone for the sleep test to officially prove the sleep apnea, haven't been to an ortho to prove the knee problems, etc. I'd rather avoid it if I possibly can. My BMI is about 40.6, so I should be ok. My question is this, on what day do they consider my BMI to be the ONE they will use? When I start the 3 month program, I would hope I'd lose at least 5 or 10 pounds, if not more. If I do, it will put my BMI at less than 40. I certainly don't want to try NOT to lose weight just to keep my BMI up!

2 Month Before And After Photos.
OMG, you and I look very much alike, both face and (before) figure. I'm pre-surgery at 260 so again, very similar. TWO months, just TWO months post surgery I'm going to look like that?! I'm going to cry with joy! No way did I think it would be THAT fast. You look amazing! Congratulations, you must be so proud and happy! Any secrets to share so I can do as well as you did? And would you mind telling me your height? My goal weight is also 150 and I am 5'7". Thx!

Approved In 3 Days!
Where were you in the process when you applied? I have my first meeting this week. I think I have to do diet and counseling for 3 months or doc visits for 6 before I can apply?
