  1. You look effing fabulous!!! we have VERY similar body shapes so I can only hope to look like you in a few months. Looks like you didn't lose all your boobs either...awesome!!! I am crossing my fingers however I feel like the 15lbs I've lost this week has come straight from them! hahaha

Congrats lady keep it up you look amazing.

Thank you! I went from 44dd to 38 large C or small D bit they look a lil sad naked lol I need a lift now but not really any skin problems thank God

  2. My story is the same with regards to the huge chewable Bariatric Advantage multivitamins. They were fine preop' date=' but i always throw up when taking these post op. In fact, it happened to me again today. I am now on a Quest to find a Gummy version that is easier on my stomach based upon some good posts in this forum. Never take these! I don't see how these can be on the market. Furthermore, i don't see how surgery doctors can endorse these unless there is some kind of snuggly relationship between Bariatric Advantage and the doctor. Not that this is wrong, but the product causes so many to get sick. Class action lawsuit anyone? Seriously....[/quote']

I don't think it's worth the lawsuit but I found out that the reason why it makes us nauseous is it can Irritate the lining where the sutures are for some and for others it's fine

  3. Ditto for me with the Bariatric Advantage! I am 4 weeks out and they are the only thing that has made me sick (about 1 minute later everytime). I finally just bought some Fintstones and had no issues. Thank goodness I didn't stock up on them!

Please let me know what he says. I take the Bariatric Advantage capsules now and I'm no longer sick but it's 6 pills and I only manage to take down 3 pills. Why do our drs hv such different beliefs???? My doc says I can take the capsules

  4. I went to favorite supermarket looking for won ton wraps and all they had was egg roll wraps. The manager said he tried ordering the won ton wraps but they still shipped him egg roll wraps. So I decided to give them a try and I think they worked out great! They're the Nasoya but they're 11.7 g of carbs (35 g for 3). I'll just keep trying to find the won ton wraps.

Wontons hv 3.8 grams carbs each. Try Walmart

  5. I was told the exact opposite from Weight wise bariatic center & my Surgeon . I was told to drink drink drink up until the first bite and then do not drink for another hour after my meal. If ur choice of food for a meal is first 2/3 Protein and then if you still have room do a bote of vegetable there shouldn't be a problem. That's what I learned in my Post op Dietician class

By the way liquid moves through your system quicker than you think

  6. I was told NOT to drink anything at least 15 - 30 minuets before AND after meals.

We have to get in Protein and if we are full on liquid that would make it impossible to do. I don't think drinking liquids is the answer.

  7. An abdominal binder is an elastic support that goes around your the area where your incisions are. It really helped me a lot to not feel the extra strain during the day. <img src='http://www.bariatricpal.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' /> i got one from my surgeon's office. <img src='http://www.bariatricpal.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />

    Thank u

  8. It sounds like your over doing it. I had this difficulty and they told me to wear my abdominal binder and it helped. It will go away in time but try to do some stretches to strengthen you muscles. also' date=' it wouldn't hurt to call your surgeon's office and let them know what's going on. <img src='http://www.bariatricpal.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=';)' />[/quote']
