I got my approval yesterday!!! I'm so happy, I'm glad I stuck with it.

My surgeon's office didn't check my packet before sending it in to make sure they had all my records. My insurance required my weights for the last 5 years and they only sent in one. I requested my older medical records and sent them to the insurance co myself. Still waiting on appeal letter.

I finally got the information the insurance company wanted, still waiting on approval. I'm not giving up.
