I have been doing very well praise GOD! End of August had my SLEEVE...need to work on water consumption; exercising and eating slower...

Doing very well...thank GOD...one week today post VS surgery! I just have to remember to have patience with my eating. It takes an hour to eat 6 ozs of soup! LOL

Day One of my 2 week liquid diet...I have a headache and I am starving!! Eating a sugar free popsicle and sugar free jello next option....please off some words of encouragement!! Thanks!
