I'm 10 days out and it does get better. I still find myself with the bubbly feeling at times. I still feel hungry at times but not very often.

Hello, It's Dana from Oregon. How is everyone doing? So I stepped on the scale today and was down 10 pounds. So excited! I'm really nervous about eating to much already. I have only had clear liquids and broth but it seemed for dinner I had a little more broth than previous times and felt fine. Maybe I'm thinking to much into it. How has everyone else done in this department? Hope all the sleeve sisters and Scott are doing great!
