You can do it. Its very had the first 3 days but does get easier. Do your best and remember what you are doing it for. You will lose weight even just on that diet. Don't get discouraged. Its all worth it in the end. My surgery is Thursday so today is my last day on that diet but tomarrow is Clear Liquids only because its the day before my surgery. Good luck and best wishes.
