well I was 2lbs of making my goal before I left for Kauai... that is ok ....... at Airport flight leaves in 1 hour will be in the SUN in 6 hours!!!

well been on a stall again, I know I have not been trying as hard as I should. hitting the gym harder now.......I have 2 months to lose 18lbs I promised myself when I went to Kauai I would be at 200

Woke up this AM and I am down to 219!!!!!!! it is about time, my butt started to lose again!! WOOOHOO

I realized today while talking to my best friend that it has been 10 years since I was this size! 10 years of being this FAT!!!!! OMG!!! I can hardly walk tonight joined the gym been going 2 days now!

it has taken 21 days to lose another 3lbs........ I guess that is not to bad but don't you just wished it would melt off!! lol

Sister stopped by today... and first words out of her mouth were OMG, I can tell in your face!!! I said really??? She was yeah, then she wanted to see my stomach so I showed her, she said yep I can tell there too!!! doing the happy dance!!

Today seems worse then yesterday. I was able to get up and do the treadmill several times a day. Today has been mostly in bed, tired and sleeping most of hte day away. I think I pushed myself to much yesterday!! Tomorrow is a new day!!!!!!!!!!!

Tomorrow is the day, and I am crabbier then ever! I started my monthly and I am tired, clear liquids only today!! part of me is glad I am work to keep me busy but the other side of me wants to go home and curl in a ball and sleep the day away. We will head out of town about 5 tonight and stay at the hotel and be at hospital at 5am.
