    If you are losing you are doing great! I have lost 62 pounds since 11/07/12 if you have lost that much good!if you have lost more awesome! If you haven't lost that much DON'T WORRY! We will all get there everyone's body and circumstances are different. The key is getting there no matter how long the journey:)

  5. I wouldn't . I am six months out and I still can't handle it very well 1-2 bites and I get a bad stomach ache I have tried both KFC and Popeyes (I know shame on me ) neither one sit well. I do on occasion indulge in a chicken nugget or two without a problem. Anyone who wants to can blast away IDC I am grown

    Me as well also 6 months out. I stand up too fast and have to sit back down or grab something to hang onto.

    coffee drinkers?

    This is a major splurge lol my husband loves these but he is not sleeved . When I feel like a splurge I drink the caramel ribbon frappuccino made with skim milk but otherwise regular I do this probably 2x a month I had one Saturday and my sleeve doesn't like it much it is pretty much in and then I am off to the loo(sorry tmi) my sleeve dislikes rich foods. My daily coffee is 90 cals and my only drink with cals I use powdered flavored creamer 4 tsp and 2 sugar but sometimes I do Splenda depending on my mood and whether I want to deal with the way it irritates my throat . I love donut shop coconut mocha flavored keurig cups and I add caramel macchiato powder coffeemate with sugar(90cals) or Splenda (60cals) taste like a mounds or Samoa GSC. I do also love the Chike iced coffee but I have yet to invest I think I am going to buy a bunch but it just seems expensive to me....

I eat Kim's Magic Pop now it is like a really thin wheat or brown rice cake but it is actually pretty big and they are 15 cals and 0 points on weightwatchers.I think I already may have said this but I also eat sunflower seeds in shells bc they take a long time but are Protein. Had to edit bc dumb autocorrect lol

  10. Idk I was thinking 280 is a lot of calories??? for a bar that is not meant to be a Meal Replacement even though I use it as one.Mine also have over 20 carbs,I only eat 1-2 a week but...

    This is a great one and you are well on your way.I have been saving $ do I can go buck wild I am not at goal yet (26 more pounds) but I can shop in those "normal" places now I have shown restraint with shopping this far but it is so hard.

    I am right there with all of y'all I have been craving bad things like crazy and right now is the worst time of month for me right before my monthly cycle begins my hunger head and real is out of control.I am fighting it but some days I'm worse than others . I was 156 today and I really would like to see 130 as I am 5'2.I give in sometimes but I am not gonna give up

  16. My scale day of surgery11/07/13 said 218 and today it says 156 I am 5'2.5"

    You can do it ...I thought my day of surgery weight was 218 (home scale)but my surgeon has it as 224(his scale) anyhow at my 6 month checkup I was 157 on my surgeon's scale.If I can do it you can. I am not by any means an extremist when it comes to working out and I eat 1000-1200 cals a day and have for the last 3 months. Ps.My highest weight was 234:(
  18. I AM FIRMLY IN THE 150s... Even with fluctuations in my daily weigh ins the scale no longer creeps back up to 160 156 today for 70 Lbs since my entry into the Bariatric Program at my clinic !!!!
