How many days post op. I am only 10 days and I gained 2 lbs once I started full liquids and stalled x 2 days. I hope soon I break stall if not I guess I will continue proteins N fluids ... -

I am so very glad I did it. Today I was feeling weak but I think its because I haven't meet my Protein and Fluid goals last couple of days. I am trying harder today. I did manage to go to olive garden and eat 2 oz of creamy Soup. Go to GNC to purchase Isopure and even walked into marshalls for about 20-30 minutes. I am working hard mentally and physically to overcome this weakness.

I do not have BCBS but have AETNA and I also have the same exclusion and was self pay. I am 10 days post-op. I am from Harlingen TX.

I went to olive garden and the manager had my ckicken and gnocchi strained and measured to 4oz only. I was only able to eat about 2oz. She even send me home with two 4oz containers ready for me to eat. This will probably last me 2 or 3 days. I also got my isopure. -

Today I feel worse then ever. 10 days post- op and I have no energy, my protein shake is making me nauseated. I just want to go to sleep. I hate that I feel like this. I am on my 4th day of a week of full liquids. .....VENTING..... -
I do not like the smell or taste...what next. I tried some creamy ckn soup earlier and I was able to handle it. I can not tolerate plain water any more. I can drink sf tea. Crystal lights are way to sweet. I have some chike samples I will try tomorrow. Bad thing I am not getting in all my fluids or protein. ...

I gained 2 lbs I really think I had to many carbs yesterday. But I did get in all my 60gms of protein. Today I am going to do my Adkins shake less carbs I hope this helps. I am not going to freak out just yet.

I tried the chike banana and it was very tasty. took me 2 hrs to drink but I finished it with no side affects.. I am mixing 1/2 sleeve of propel with ice Water. I hope I can drink it all today.

I diluted the lifewater zero. So that was good. I was able to tolerate the EAS protein drink so that is a plus. I will try the diluted sf apple juice . Dang it I hate that my taste buds are so pickie..

This morning I was able to finish a snack pak jello in 30 minutes instead of 2 days..trying to increase fluids today as I am not at 48 oz yet.

I was given samples of bariatric chewables and I only take a small bite throught the day till I finish it. Right now I am tasting the celebrate and yesterday I had the bariatric advantage. I am doing okay with both of them. They adviced me to take either one for at least 6 months and then I could switch to a regular brand. -
