    I stated this thread back in July 2012 to get more motivated. I was sleeved 11/7/12 and I just hit ONEderland last week woohooooo!!! HW 276 SW 261 CW 198!!! Yippee! I feel fabulous AND kept my curves! 40 more to go! I'm almost 5 months out!

  3. Help! I just decided I'm going to get the sleeve and not the Lapband but I'm scared bcuz I don't want to loose my curves :/ I love my butt & boobs. Has anyone kept their butt and boobs? All I hear is people say they lost theirs. But was it big to begin with? And how much has everyone lost? Can I lose too much?

  7. Update update! I hv not lost my goodies! lol
  8. I'm 3 months (14 weeks) post op. I used to get full at 1/2 cup maybe 3/4. Now I can eat more n don't get full so easily. It totally bums me out. I mean, I don't ever eat n I stop but it's changed (my full feeling) Has anyone experienced this? I want to hear frm ppl who are sleeved around my date (11/7/12) or sleeved longer. Thank you peeps :-) Oh yeah n I've only lost a pound in 2 weeks! :-/ Im kinda worried my weight loss has stopped :-(

    Help, 3 months post op!

    Thanks ladies for replying! I eat about 800-1200 calories a day. Yeah it's hard. But hey yesterday I had 1/2 cup of cottage cheese n was so full! So, idk, I guess I'll check back with u all next month :-) and I'm now doing 30min on my elliptical daily. We shall see :-) we got this. It's mental too for me so I'm just gnna keep taking before n after pics of myself lol

    Okay thank u so much, that really helps me a lot! So far I've lost 65 pounds, 50 since surgery. I'm glad I'm not alone n I'm gnna try not to be dwn about this 3mo stall. Thanks again!

    Mine came at 5 weeks but it only lasted a week. I was 261 on surg date. 11/7 and now today I'm 223!

    I was told not to hv a drink for a year. My friend was told 3 months and my other friend 6 months and wine is ok. Just curious about others. ??

    One 1/2 month out!

    I eat 5x a day. Cottage cheese or a egg for breakfast w fruit. (4-6oz) Greek yogurt for lunch. The dannon light & fit 80cal. Or 2slices of thin shaved turkey (sandwich slices) w string cheese typically. A protein shake or 1/4 cup of almonds. Dinner chicken or fish like 2-3oz and veggies 3-4oz. Or 1/2 cup beans and Lil mozzarella cheese w salsa. of course sometimes I switch it up but that's my basic day. Log all my food on the my fitness pal app!
