Post Operation Menus? I Need Help!

Hi, I had my lapband placed on May 29 and my first fill on July 19. I'm having trouble with the food I'm supposed to eat and I'm wondering if anyone has any post-fill menus they'd be willing to share. I'm terrible at making up menus, but I'm good at following them. Thanks, Mary
