anaustin got a reaction from skye in 2 Days Before My Surgery-And I Cheated
I wouldnt worry I cheated every day of my pre op diet and I told my surgeon he said not to worry about that usually enlarged liver is in men and the last 5000 surgeries he's done he only had to stop once cause of the liver and it wasn't do to nutrition!!! however since I've had my surgery August 1st I haven't cheated or broke the rules once the possible outcomes are far more dangerous just make sure come surgery day your ready to comply 100%. Good luck and I wish you a speedy recovery!!

Had the surgery 12 days ago and already lost 18 pounds! I am not actually hungry but it's all in my head that I want food!! I can not wait until day 14 so I can eat an egg or some grilled fish!!

I am honest. I don't want to say oh I just watch what I eat because these are some of the same people who may benefit from the surgery themselves and knowing that they can ask questions is important. I recently started attending weight watchers meetings (I am a lifetime member now back at my lifetime weight so it is free). I want this for support on a weekly basis as well as accountability. I told my leader straight up. I had 2 ladies ask (one I knew personally and can't imagine she didn't know) this week what I had been doing. They want to know how long it took - well I think the 18 months it has taken me shows them it isn't a "quick fix!" With the exception of the first few months post op, my losses are equivalent to what I lost on weight watchers on a monthly basis.

I was also sleeved on Aug 1st, I still feel very sore in my belly especially the big insinsion. I'm still taking the pain medication because it helps, but the pain is still there. I hope we start to feel normal soon.
