Yes doing better everyday. I'm on a full diet as tolerated, that has help me alot. Going 21 days with no food or drink (on TPN). Had me feeling really weak.

I had a leak 2 weeks after surgery. I believe mine was from taking care of my 6 yr old special needs son, I knew as soon as i lifted him I did something I shouldn't have. From that point on I had pain that just kept getting worse. Fever came back. Went into the ER later that day with the most excruciating pain. Ended up in the hospital for almost a month.

I'm from San Antonio. Had surgery Aug. 20 2013

I had a fever today still have a slight fever. Went to see Dr Wright he wants me to take it easy and go back to hospital if I start running over 101. again

Everyone was great. Still really sore had a fever this morning had to go back to see Dr Wright. Not feeling to hot I'll try and post more later

Thank you! Is there anything you can recommend to take with me to the hospital?

My surgery is Tuesday August 20. Just wanted some advice, helpful tips that I can prepare for? I'm so excited and very nervous!

Oh and I started this past Tuesday. How about you?

Shake for breakfast and lunch, sensible no carb dinner

Awesome! My pre op paper says for me to be there at 2 pm.
