  1. Got this for $29 at Macy's. Put ice strawberry kiwi nectar by syntrax with a little water. So good and much thicker and icer. A little frothy too. Getting sleeved next Monday at Einstein in Philly w Dr Trang!! Last week preop

  7. I gave up as well. If they aren't supportive I say gain 100lbs and tell me how ru going to lose it. They won't so zip it. There are videos I posted in another link.   10. It was my way of saying its over. I ate my favorites, the sins. Not everything. I kept it under control so I didn't gAin weight over it. I was sick of it and have no desire. I had like 4-5 meals and 2-3 snack nights. In portions. Not enormous.

  12. I am 5 days in my preop diet and nothing is stopping me now! All a mind game. You aren't actually hungry.

  14. I am day 5 on my preop diet and excited! I had lost 9-10 lbs before starting. Up to 14lbs lost. Put an XL tshirt from a work summer function that didn't fit two years ago - fits!! Yesterday I was told to stop taking pre diabetes meds and that I won't need them now. Also chorestorel meds got it to 200 from 250. So happy and not even sleeved!!

  16. Good one! 1. Tattoo a tramp stamp since my butt will look good. Have a tat on my leg and ankle 2. Go back to Maui and take a swimsuit pic to post on Facebook 3. Standup paddle surfing in Maui 4. Graduate from Drexel thin. I am finishing my degree at 43 yrs old. Had an associates for 20 yrs
  17. Yes!! I ate everything one last time. I was so sick at the end of two weeks randomly ( not daily ) eat this junk I didn't want to see it again. I did low carb for two months on dietstogo.com that even the buttercream tastykake cupcakes were gross

  19. I signed mine today surgery on the 15th. Take out your fall clothes from last yr and.know u won't see that size again. Then look t swimsuits without skirts online !! U can do it. Janet
