During my Pms cycle this week I ate every last bad food I like. Tuesday I am starting a low carb diet on dietstogo.com and hitting the gym hard My surgery will likely be October. I was hoping to drop 40 lbs before my actual surgery between this diet and post op liquid which seems like everyone kinda drops 15-20lbs. My BMW would be 35 and with high blood pressure personal choice would still ok me. I am 5 8 and 264lbs Did anyone else have success dieting 2 mos before? I thought by the time I am bored it will be time for surgery

I had a reduction and am concerned they will be too small. For loose skin my surgeon said weight training. I wil likely be October too for surgery

I have been approved and have my surgeon consult Friday. I have been back and forth sleeve or lap band. Lap band seems simple. No big operation or cutting. I am a size 18 and just want to be a 10. I like curves. 5 8". I hear of food feeling like it is stuck in your chest. Tight feeling on airplane. Makes me not want it. Seems like a constant annoyance I would prefer the ease of the lap band surgery. Can you tell me why you got this instead of sleeve. What worries should I have.
