  1. I'm not even banded yet but I have a hard time with breakfast. I started just taking a ounce of cheese and am happy with getting that down. Never a problem drinking 16oz of water with it.

  4. What I keep hearing is protein first (keeps you full longer), chew, chew, chew and drink, drink, drink.
  5. I've been practicing eating my meals no faster than 20mins even though I have not been banded yet (Sept). It's true, it takes the brain that long to feel satisfied.
  6. Girlfriend, You'll do fantastic if you make sure you get your 60gr of protein first, then good carbs. Don't forget 64oz of water. You can do this!!!

  21. Hello Margo & Bfleming! Not banded yet myself, but I have been stalking this forum for 6mths and hoping for late Sept banding date. There is a lot of useful information here and I suggest you research everything really well. Information is knowledge and the more you have the better things will work for you. Good Luck!
