  3. Nah I am craving the tequila with the mix, the mix is just sugar lime juice. But half the normal amount of tequila they usually put and ice...and salt lol

  7. You are a sleeve master martin, I am sarah, an aspiring evangelist, see above my profile pic
  8. Glad I inspired a few :-) I just kinda realized that beating myself up only made me feel worse. Appreciating and loving myself is the only way down on the scale. Not to mention my therapist has a big role in my mental status, I have been with her for a year and she is awesome
  9. Did anyone see that I am now a aspiring evangelist?? LMFAO
  10. Sarah.... lmfao, you look like a Martin! People call me sel all the time
  11. I am loving 162. Never in my life have I loved 162. I have been at this weight more then ten times in my life, either from gaining or losing. And never have I appreciated this number. I of course want to be 110, but I feel it coming and I am ready to love myself. Never do I want to be over 200lbs, at 4'10 I was a walking heart attack. I love waking up and feeling smaller, I love looking in the mirror, I love going to the gym, I love myself. I thank God everyday that I had this surgery. I would do it again in a heartbeat. And, I love the lifestyle change. Eating clean, every three hours, 70-100oz of water, protein first, feeling full, not being obsessed with food, excersise and the high I get from running....just thought I would share. Thanks to everyone on here that is and continues to be positive forces in my journey.
  12. Laura, Fyre, will you guys marry and or adopt me? You are hilarious and I love you both
  13. Exactly, whats the point of sleeving your stomach if you are going to go buck a$$ wild and screw your weight loss with slider foods? Not worth it
  14. Laura, eating ice cream for me would be like a crack addict relapsing....after a brain surgery and rehab
  15. Exactly. And she was sleeved jan 21st, less then three weeks ago. Not even in a mushy stage yet
  16. I think that would be a bad idea, for people who have binge eating issues at least. I had half a table spoon of regular sour cream last night with dinner, sometimes i will have 2%, greek yogurt or a small piece of chocolate. Not over doing it is understandable, but a whole day can lead to a whole week, month etc...its better to make small minor healthy choices.
  17. Sometimes instead of fat free everything, i take one small serving of the full fat version. Ex, peanut butter, sour cream, or a dash of half in half, but only in moderation
  18. It is. Even when i get scared of carbs and sugar, my inner godess is like "no sarah, moderation will accelerate weight loss" and i get calm. I still have nightmares sometimes that im downing a pint of haagen daaz...i dont ever want to go back to that way of eating again
  19. Some days i struggle to get my protein and liquid intake, but on good days i eat every 3 hours, i eat protein first, add in some healthy carbs, and a smidgen of fat. I noticed i lose more inches and weight when eat more frequently and have one to two higher calorie items a week, not calorie bombs but more then normal 150-200 calories. Just thought i would share, especially those of us with severe binge eating issues, the eating healthy every few hours is physically and mentally satisfying
  20. My stats are similar, i was 201 dos, 3 months out im 163, as of this morning...i hope in in the 140's at 6 months out ;(
  21. Glad everything is ok (hugs) feel better fyre
  22. It becomes easier to maintain, i cleared my v of all hair last night, and i didnt miss a spot
  23. Good idea for organic cows. I tried almond and rice, not a fan, i might add protein suntrax to my milk.
  24. I bought coconut milk, silk brand, 90 calories a serving. Its low in sugar. I do not like soy. Not much protein. Was it wrong, should i have gotten my regular skim milk? Im trying to eliminate hormones etc that are found in cows milk
