  5. If you are starting your journey at a lower weight, is your weightloss commonly slower? I started at 215 before pre op diet, 201 date of surgery and now 178, my sleeve was on 11/19, just curious if any others at my starting weight (im also 4"11) and possibly in the short range lost slowly. Also, does rigorous excersise help?
  6. Justme, some people go back to smoking cigs and whatever as well, i have noticed on other threads....so hooka smokers are less likely to do damage a) its not easy to grab like cigs, it has to be prepared with water and hot coals hooka is not addictive like cigs or cigars or pot. I have smoked once since my surgery in two months, unlike cig smokers who light up every ten minutes. Therefore, you cannot develop an ulcer from smoking a hooka like a one pack a day cig smoker.
  7. Two slices whole wheat bread One egg , half cup skim milk, nutmeg, salt and pepper, dijon mustard Mix bread, beat egg with milk and spices, let soak bread in mixture Cut half red onion, a whole red apple (skin on) and slices of smoked turkey into bread mixture. Add sprinkle of reduced fat shredded cheddar on top. It should be baked in a bread pan coated with spray olive oil. I could only eat two spoons but it was awesome. The original recipe calls for ham, so to each his own.
