  1. Armygirl, are u on total liquids? Im allowed yogurt, cottage cheese and veggies and soups. All fat free. If u want sum ideas to mix it up lmk. I also do the three protein shakes a day

  3. Got the approval letter. The ins company is more worried about me seeking plastic surgery after the fact. But the sleeve is covered so i dont care. Lol its funny the way they worded it . "We applaud your endeavor to lose weight, but plastic surgery procedures will not be covered due to loose skin etc".

  13. Hey everyone, I am pre op. my surgery is scheduled for 11/19. I am currently 209, my ultimate goal is to be 110 within a year and a half, or less. I am 4'10.

  16. Ive been downing 70 grms protein, drinkinv about 64 ounces of water and i have two "meals" and two snacks. I like to make a boullion brpth boil it with fresh spinach, and i add an egg white for protein. I add scallions for flavor. If i need crunchy i eat raw carrots. For snacks i either have sugar free jello, cottage cheese with fruit or yogurt. Ive lost 5 lbs since last sunday. I did shred grilled chicken into my broths at times. Also found a liver detox tea that ive been drinking.

  24. What does it mean when it says 50% covered after pre authorization? I know the surgery needs pre auth but does that mean I have to cover 50% of the cost?? Sorry guys I am so confused. I have Horizon BCBS EPO plus, with $30 copay and $50 specialist. Thanks
