Hello to all, I'm new on here but not to weight loss and surgery as I had mine in 2005 and I have lost about 400lbs. I'm a Certified Personal Trainer and Wellness Coach as well as a Life Coach too. I see this site as a great connector to people and I have found that if you like to lose the excess skin without surgery under arms there's a few ways to do this.
