  1. Everything is nicely attached and won't move don't worry about that.
  2. No matter what you need to get protien and water or you will lose muscle and hair. Working out to soon after surgery will not make things better your body needs to adjust. There is plenty of time to work out and when the weight is off the workout will get easier. Drink water work on protien and increase activity as you feel like and enjoy the ride.
  3. If you do not want to do what your Doc swants now you will have a hard time doing after the surgery. Suck it up and do it or get out now.
  4. Bougi is a unit of measurment and the dc decides what size he likes.
  5. If you like your hair you need protien now it is not about what you want or what tastes good its about what you have to have.
  6. you can still eat what you want just not as much and you can drink when you eat you just won't feel as full as long.
  7. Get off your butt and keep moving it will go away.
  8. Drink lots of water and keep your eye on the ball and you will make it.
  9. There are other reasons they give you pain meds.
  10. Through the scale away and enjoy the ride. Did you ever gain that much in that many days?
  11. I would be more concerned that you do not know what your doc requires and only getting info from internet sites. CALL "YOUR" DOC.
  12. Either way it can be cotributed to lack of oxygen and use of the brain. I will make smart asss coments to anyone weather they know me or not. It has changed since I lost weight I am not as intimidating as I use to be now I have to use my brain instead of size.

  14. Save the hair and make a wig. The damage is done need more protien in first weeks after surgery some have said more protine now helps.
  15. I have not done the booze thing yet but lots of painpills make weight lose more fun.

  18. Do not beat your self up for small food things to learn to eat "normal" you need to learn how to eat some of anything and be alright with that. Beating your self up will leads to many problems. At 8 mths out I give myself some treats for good days and have learnd to be happy with the eating and that helps with control. Learn to have fun and not worry about food and enjoy life.
  19. Your drive will be way more fun on pain meds.
  20. It can stretch and it will stretch if abused over time by overeating.
  21. That is why sucess rate is 50 to 60 % excess lost in the long run. You need to love the honeymoon first 6 months and then the work begins.
