I have hit a few stalls along the way and each time as long as I increased my water and protein and walked a few more blocks....the weight would start coming off again! Hang in there. Honestly your body needs a rest from all that stress of weight loss once in awhile anyway. It WILL come off though....if you are patient and persevere. Good luck!

    Ok wait a minute.....almost the whole pan? How big was the pan? a 9 x 9 or a 9x 13? :-)
Anyway don't make those anymore, right?
I am wondering how far out you are from surgery? I am 3 1/2 months and could not even begin to imagine eating a whole pan of anything, even over 13 hours.
Even when I am "bad" it doesn't usually amount to much in terms of volume. Calories sometimes yes....but volume no.....

Hi there. I remember those feelings very well. I also went to TJ and had Dr. Garcia and thought "What have I done". I still wanted a cheeseburger 3 days post op!!!! It probably took a good 3 weeks to not feel weird when I ate anything and the whole diet for the first 3 weeks sucks anyway. It isn't until I started eating "normal" food that I started to get into a groove.
I am loving my sleeve now at 6 weeks out and have lost 38 pounds in total, so feel and look quite different already too!
Hang in there....it does get better....but it takes time and patience.
Just drink your protein shakes and give it some time.
I promise you will feel differently in a few short weeks and you will also be a lot lighter! :-)
