  1. Yeah I haven't had any for 2 months but I really miss the carbonation sometimes- not even because I had any addiction becuse I didn't. Just one of those things that sound so good sometimes. What have you replaced it with? I've been drinking water with MIO....

  4. The above are good suggestions. I'd like to ask of you are exercising? Exercise is right up there with meds with treating depression and likley to help a lot. Therapy is also highly recommended if you haven't done do . Good luck!

  9. So they do this in radiology but not swallowing a camera. Would you believe I would reconsider this whole thing because of that? . I'd rather give birth. Thank you

  15. Wow thanks for all of the encouragement. I do drink Protein shakes and they do help me feel better. I'm a big baby- I do admit- and any little feeling of something out of whack I tend to freak out about it. So thank you all for the support- I could have easily been told to "search" for something or ignored . You all rock! :)
  16. I was doing so well but this morning I feel weak. I chugged some water and had one SF pudding but I didn't want either. Maybe I'm not getting enough in? I did add cheese to this liquid phase but that isn't enough. What a whine bag! I may go order some good ol' chicken soup and eat the chicken and veggies too. (before I get slammed- I'm not required to do a week of pre op- only 48 hours)

  19. Oh my- I'm the queen of gained weight during 6 month NUT. A lot . I don't do diets well at all
  20. Mine too and I'm doing the same. I have added cheese though for some substance. Ill be sure to do full liquids for the 48 hours though. Time for a Popsicle
