That's sounds yummy! I went to Costco today they had plenty samples. I'm pre op. I tried a sample of Greek yogurt with honey drizzled on and it was really good.

I haven tried it yet. I did check it out on Walmart.com. They have a value pack for 39.00 for three containers. You get to mix and match flavors. Maybe I will go to the store and try first before I buy 3. Sound like a great value if it's the brand you like. -

Congrats on your surgery date. We have the same date 9/25. What was your 1st date? I know the feeling. I have been waiting since July when I got my date. I had my pre op nut class Tuesday and start 2 week diet Monday she said we could start now to get a head start. Just have to go grocery shopping then I'm good. Best of luck!!
