    Hypothyroid

I had a total thyroid removal and take 125mcg synthroid and 25mcg of cytomel. Had my surgery on July 18 and it has been the best thing ever. I can't believe the weight loss of 73lbs since surgery:)

    Shop much?

I've been getting rid of all my various sizes in my closet that my yo yo diet from the years had made necessary. With that being said my smallest size is now getting baggy, I'm finally am going to need a smaller size that I haven't owned...yah! My winter coats are pretty baggie, but I'll stick with my extra large just until some great sales hit around Christmas.

    First Comparison Photos

    You look fab:)
  5. I was 288 at surgery, I eat mostly lean Protein. I try to stay away from carbs as much as possible because they make me crave more:). I also do not have a thyroid and have always been slow at losing because of it, so I too am surprised and happy:)

    Hunger

I was sleeved July 18, and just went through two weeks before this week of really being hungry. I was getting all my protein and etc in, just hungry. I would try to drink a lot more and that really helped. I had awful thoughts of cheating, but didn't. All of a sudden this week on Tuesday I'm ok against and yesterday had to force myself to eat enough. Hopefully this hunger will pass for you too:)
  7. I hate to admit but I haven't buckled down yet and really exercised. I've hit the treadmill only a few times, but have tried to keep moving more. Also been doing a lot of household chores with all this new energy, also lots of yard work. I was sleeved July 18 and so far the weightloss has been good. But with this being said I do need to get serious about doing weights and toning.
