    First Day Back To Work

I feel for you, it was hard going back to work. Make sure your getting your vitamins in (B12 and iron) help. I would come home exhausted for the first two weeks back, but it does get easier.

    Confused ... Need Advice..

I eat about every three hours also, with my two snacks and three meals. With that being said at this point I eat almost all lean protein, even snacks. Maybe cut out the popcorn chips, crackers and mini sausages and try Tilapia, salmon, deli meat, lean chili. Some Soups have a lot of salt unless it is home made. Just trying to help, this is what is working for me. If I get hungry I eat lean protein.

    Hey July Sleevers!

We're all doing great:). Sleeved July 18 down 52 pounds since sleeved:)
  9. At this point curbing the hunger will take lots of fluids and willpower. Do things to keep your self occupied. Some clean closets, etc get your mind off ot eating. I really do wish you the best.

I love jerk, easy to carry around.
  12. The surgery is a "tool", you still have to eat the right foods. I was sooo ready for the surgery that pre-op was just something I had to do and never thought of cheating. Make sure you are really ready for this, it is life changing and food will no longer be your best friend.
  13. You are doing wonderful, and I totally agree with you on having had it done a decade ago:). Best to you for your continued success!

  15. I'm just using it as a guideline along with other physician food plans that other members have posted. I try to really limit carbs, keep calories right now according to Dr Garcia 600-700, and lots of protein and liquids.

  21. How you get billed for blood work depends on what your physician writes for the reason. Work with your physician on this:). Good luck .
