Today was my quit day as well.. I have gradually lowered to a couple of cigs a day yhen finally none today. Have found that my car trigers it as I have a long comute to work and I would smoke on the way

Absolutely have to quit two months prior to surgery and no smoking after. Some doctor test prior to surgery

Maybe they gave her financial aid to help her pay for the surgery. She said she was oringinally over 400 pounds.

All I was having a pedi done and the lady sitting next to me was having hers done prior to having her full body lift. I asked her how expensive it is to have the lift and she said her surgeon is doing it for no cost as she is having it done at burn center and donating thr excess skin to burn patients.. Now that brings a whole new meaning to being a doner. Our fat killing us saving someone else...

Steak day gets rid of Fluid retention and the sodium

When ever you gain more than 2 pounds in one day have a steak day. Nothing but steak and Water. Every meal and the two pounds will come right back off. Excellent for maintaining

Not saying broadcast your decision hewever if someone strugling with their own weighjt loss asks how you managed to lose do not lie and tell them you did it by diet and exercise. Tell them the truth and mayube share your experience!! Unless you yopurself fell guilty with your decision!

Not telling people is another reason why there is so much guilt for those trying their hardest to lose weight by yo-Yo diets allowing them to believe that they should be able lose and maintain with diet alone.

Every since I have told my husband his freinds are all weighing in on the subject. So he keeps saying you know that you can eat around the sleeve an it most likely won't work.
