hello, did you get answers to your pain? im 9 mo out and at 6 mo dr did a sonogram and i didnt have gallstones, at my 9 mo visit just about a week ago, she said she wanted me to get a hyda scan, she said that your gallbladder han ahve 2 issues, 1. u can get gall stones. and when u pass a stone very painfull, 2. the gallbladder can malfunction. so the hyda scan is a dye test sonogram, that looks at the actual function and they make the gallbladder function and they can watch it. i wake up in the night, by upper belly gets hard , bloated, and hurts, i cant sleep, can last for hrs, then very bad painfull gas, i also get pain in my liver. i will get the hyda scan dec 31. i hope my issue will get resoved, my vsg dr would remove it

i have to get a new swim suit, my previous skinny suits fall off now, i had to buy all new clothes, so a new swim suit is on the list next summer

i have extra skin still, but it dsont sag, im not sure how to post a photo

my daughter is 22yrs old, she has a 2yr old son, so she has strech marks from baby and fat, she has lost 100 lbs, and her stomach dosnt hang, (doesnt sag over pubic area) she still has about 30 lbs to loose but as time goes on her skin tightens up. im 45 and my skin dsont sag, im a size 2 pant, when i get on hands and knees ya u can see skin hang down but standing nothing hangs its all tightening up and im 9 months out. good luck

you look wonderful, i know jsut how u feel, but the fat suit has come off and ppl can see what a wonderful person you really are. loosing the fat dosnt change who we are it just makes us more noticable. great job, keep it up, rember its a life style not a diet. my sergon told me at my 9mo visit that his first VSG was 7 years ago, and he has come back wiht all the wt regained and now getting the 2nd half of the surgery. so that was a wake up for me to keep eating my protien meals. i didnt have as much to loose as you, but i went from bmi 36 pants 16/18 to bmi 23 pants size 2. shopping has never been more fun

Im happy for you, i know how good it feels to wear pretty colthes now, and ppl call me tiny now, i look at them and say really, i can wear a size 0 now, OMG. the sleeve was the best thing i ever did. keep up the good work, and keep the wt off.

thank you sweetie, I was in the mall yesterday and i tried on some jeans, oh my, i fit into size 0 express brand jeans, and i didn't have to keep pulling them up like the 4's i just bought. I love my sleeve

Only time I spit food out was when I realized my lil tummy was full. N I didn't want pain again. But early on I liked to smell the food. I only eat good quality foods now they r satisfying where junk food isn't. Omg. Love sharing a steak n shrimp dinner. love the taste n smell of fresh seasonings mmmmmm

Girls don't worrie. You will look better than u ever did. I was sleeved feb 2012. Was size16/18. I'm a size 4 now. I'm still loosing wt. But haven't been trying since June My boobies were 44 DD. Now 34 DD. So fun to shop for clothes now

I like powerade zero. But has salt. I been getting vita rain From Costco. It's 0 cal 0 salt. Has different vitamins too different flavors. Love it. When it's cold I like flavored teas. Coffee with choco protien. Every morning

When u don't have anymore friends cause u lost more weight than them. When fat ppl hate you and the once smaller r bigger than u turn their nose up cause u can wear a 4 or 6. And that's all that's left on sale. A lady threw my size at me gave me dirty look and walked away. It's not all fun being thin again

Go to crossing boarders. U need passport to fly n by sea U can use a pass card by land. It's cheaper than passport. N u do the same to get it

I use my electric blanket more than ever. I LAN to get an electric throw for couch this winter. Since the sleeve in feb. Only way I got warm was high temp on electric blanket. Since it's warm out. I'm not cold. I also found. If I'm cold. Walking or going to gym warms me up. Only time I sweat is when I workout at gym now

I thought I be happy in size 10. But my 10' s came and went. I'm a6 now but they getting loose so a 4 is looking pretty good to me. I'm 5. 4. So I'm short. And at150# I wear a size 6. I do have slot of muscle. The body composition scale shows it.
