Can you lube your band to help food get through
Adding something to food to help it slide through the band defeats the purpose of the band. Its usually best to wait a few minutes to allow stuck food to break down and pass thtouhh the band. Learning to eat small bites and chew chew chew is the best way to avoid getting stuck.
