I have had the same thing... My doctor says to take my before I go to bed.. It works the best... Hope that helps!!

Today I had my 3 month post op with the doc who advised that I was doing great..I started at 288lbs before the surgery and as of today I am down 50lbs... Honestly it's still surreal to me that the weight is actually coming off... I don't remember the last time when I lost 50lbs.. I went from a size 24 pants to 18. I am finally able to fit into cute Gap jeans.. (Ps one of my favorite stores) People around me are starting to notices and its making me feel great.. My boyfriend loves the new me!! We are able to do a lot more things.... I have been able to try new things such as flying yoga and training for the 5K. I can go and run around with my puppy without dying.. I am so grateful for the opportunity that I have been give. I do not regret my decision one bit and I recommended it to everyone around me.. Best of luck to everyone out there... Much love!!! <3

Hello Ladies, My surgery was on June 25 and I was asked to stop my birth control a month before... On June 25 they gave me a birth control test and I wasn't pregnant. My period should have been here around July 6 or 8. How it still hasn't come,, Should I be getting worried? Has anyone else have irregular periods after the sleeve?

Hi, So yesterday I had my meeting with my nutritionist and she pretty much told me I am on stage 3 food which are soft blended foods and baby food consistency. Looking for food ideas and recipes? She said cottage cheese, blended meats almost like pate , mashed potatoes. Any suggestions and ideas would be awesome... Thanks B

I just checked my claim history today so far is at 34k however insurance is covering all it besides my deductiable of 3k... I couldn't believe how much it's actually adding up to be..

Its been 11 days since my surgery and the last few days I haven't lost any weight. With my pre-op diet and the weight lost after my diet I have lost a total of 23 lbs however - it has stopped and the last 3 days I haven't even lost a pound. Should I been worried? I am eating all of my Protein and H2O drinks.

Hello Guys, Has anyone tried the Amplified Wheybolic Extreme 60 Protein from GNC? I am not a big fan of Proteins but I need to get at least 60 gr. So the guy from GNC told me about this protein that has 60 grams in only 3 scoops and its only 90 cals per scoop. Has anyone tried this Protein before? Heard anything good or bad about it? Love to hear from you guys.. Also if guys tried other proteins from GNC that would be great.

My insurance required 5 years history and they excluded the current year. I have United Health Care. Good luck. Suggestion to call your insurance company and check what their requirements are..

Hello , first of all congrats on your loss... That's awesome..: I was advised by my doc that I can start driving after I am no longer taking pain meds and I can turn around to look behind me while seated in the car... As for sex they said 2 weeks however I say when u feel comfortable ... I would def wait at least 7 -10 days . ; ). Best of luck!!! B

I totally understand. I have been going crazy with liquid diet. Today we were at a pool party and everyone was eating hotdogs and such... I asked if I could heat up some soup .. Ugh... Hopefully I can eat something that I can use my teeth for...

I was told 2 weeks but I was pushed in today .. Feel fine, I still have the tape on them .. They seem to be doing well.. My follow up is July 11 hope that everything is fine by then.
