Dr Kelly isn't the cheapest and he isn't the most expensive but I've heard so many great things about him and his staff that I feel comfortable with choosing him as my surgeon

Make sure you research, different surgery options (what may be good for one person may not be for the other) doctors, hospitals. Talk to others who have had it done, ask questions, make a pros and cons list for surgery, thats one thing that really helped me make up my mind!
